Arrival Alerts and Road Reports

In order to provide Red Arrow passengers with more information regarding their current travel, Red Arrow offers two features: Arrival Alerts and Road Reports.

The Arrival Alerts feature below uses GPS technology and allows anyone to request an email or SMS text message, notifying you of when a motorcoach along a specific route would be arriving to a specific location. You have the option to be notified five, ten, fifteen or twenty minutes before the motorcoach’s arrival. This feature is especially useful for those that are picking up Red Arrow passengers.

The Road Reports feature below uses Alberta Motor Association live tracking and allows you to:

1. Get a better understanding of the road conditions by clicking the box beside the “AMA Road Conditions”. The Red Arrow route is highlighted in different colours, depending on the state of the road.

2. View current weather conditions along the Red Arrow route by clicking the box beside “AMA Traffic Cameras” and then double clicking on a camera icon. The picture depicts the weather conditions at the specified location as of the date and time indicated on the picture.

3. See what a specific Red Arrow location looks like by clicking the box beside “Red Arrow Locations” and then double clicking the star icon.
