From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The office was very welcoming, with comfortable seating, tables, charging outlets, and a clean restroom. The reception staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions. For each piece of luggage, we received a tag with our name and phone number — a small detail, but very thoughtful.

The bus arrived on time, and the driver greeted us warmly. He was professional, neat, and helped me load all our bags. The bus itself was excellent quality and very comfortable. Unlike standard buses with 2+2 seating, this one had 2 seats on one side and just 1 on the other, making the ride more spacious and pleasant.

The driver drove extremely smoothly and carefully. His calm and confident manner gave me a real sense of safety and reassurance that everything would be fine. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at first but worked well later on, and the air conditioning functioned perfectly. The seats were very comfortable, and the whole journey felt relaxing — I did not feel carsick at all, which is rare for me on buses.

At the rest stop in Red Deer, we had a 20-minute break, which was clearly announced in advance. Everyone could use a proper restroom, and those who wanted to stay on board had access to tea, coffee, and snacks.
The bus arrived in Edmonton on schedule, and the driver again helped us unload all our luggage.
I initially wondered if it was worth paying a bit more for Red Arrow, but after comparing their service with another company, I now see the huge difference. I highly recommend Red Arrow and wish them continued success!
