Red Arrow strives to keep all of our passengers up to date on schedule changes and will contact affected drivers directly. These travel notices are for general information on requirements for travelling with us, and changes to routes and schedules that may occur. Be sure to also check out the Before You Go page, for any extra information that you will need to know before you embark on your trip.
We require all passengers over the age of 18 to travel with Government Issued photo I.D. or two (2) pieces of valid government-issued non-photo identification with matching names. Passengers without the correct forms of I.D. will be refused travel.
Effective June 16, 2022, face masks are no longer mandatory for passengers or drivers onboard our coaches. This policy is in alignment with the Provincial legislation that has removed the measure on public transit and intercity buses. We support a mask-friendly environment and ask that everyone be respectful of others, whether they choose to wear a mask or not.
|September 4, 2022||CAL||Please be advised that our coaches will not be arriving or departing from the Calgary Downtown Ticket Office on September 4 between 8:00 and 16:00. Passengers will be able to catch their buses from the Calgary North Office located at 304 35 Ave NE.|
|August 21, 2022||EDM||Please note that coaches will not be arriving or departing from the Edmonton Downtown Office on Sunday, August 21 from 07:30 to 14:30 due to the Edmonton Marathon. We will be using Edmonton South location only during that time.|
|July 8th, 2022||CAL||Please be advised that our coaches will not be departing from the Calgary Downtown Ticket Office on July 8th until after 14:00. We are unable to access the area before then due to the Stampede Parade. You may still catch our earlier departures from our Calgary North Office, 304 35th Avenue NE. |
|April 21, 2022||EDM||Please be advised that this weekend from Friday to Sunday, 104th Street near the Edmonton Ticket Office will be closed due to construction. We are still open during this time and will have a designated loading area for our coaches along 100th Avenue around the corner.|
|March 8, 2022||FMM-EDM||Due to poor road conditions and a late arrival into Ft. McMurray last night, Our 9 am Ft. McMurray – Edmonton trip will be delayed until 11:30 am today. We apologize for any inconvenience.|
