About Calgary

Affectionately known as “CowTown”, Calgary Alberta is a cosmopolitan metropolis with numerous skyscrapers in the downtown area. Calgary is also steps away from the Rocky Mountains, one of Canada’s greatest wonders. You can get in touch with nature or drink in the rich history of Banff, Alberta. Calgary is truly the best combination of inner-city and nature.

Our downtown ticket office is located on 9th Avenue Southeast, just down the street from the Calgary Tower. The office has a comfortable seating area with washroom facilities (for passengers only), and is close to cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby on the walkable Stephen Ave. This location is easily accessible by transit and by car, with paid public parking next door.

 

Parking Information

Impark Parking is available next to the ticket office.
– Hourly – $8.40
– Daily (6 am – 6 pm) – $26.25
– 24 hour – $36.75 (6 am – 6 am only).
Must pay by credit card.
Parking overnight is not recommended at this location.

Transit Information

Calgary Transit C-Train (City Hall Station) is located two blocks North on 7th Ave.

The Calgary North Office is located in the Northeast, just off of Edmonton Trail. It is open for all departing trips, but not all arrivals, and gates to the parking area are closed when the office is closed. Please ask our friendly Passenger Experience Representatives about parking hours.

Parking Information

Parking is available for $8 per day for passengers.  Please note that the lot closes at 5:30 pm, if you are later than that, you must pick up your car the next day. Please inquire with staff for more information, spots are limited.  Parking is reserved for Red Arrow passengers only.

 

Transit Information

Calgary Transit Bus Route #5 – North Haven drops off on Edmonton Trail and 36 Ave (10 minute walk to Calgary North Office). Please visit www.calgarytransit.com for schedule information.

The Red Arrow desk at YYC the International Terminal is currently closed but coaches still pick-up and drop-off with advanced reservations.

The Coach pick-up area is at Lane 11, which is located on the Arrivals Level outside of Door #2. For passengers disembarking @ YYC, the drop off will be done on the departure level.

Long term and short term parking is available at the Calgary airport.

Transit Information

Calgary Transit Bus Route #300 goes directly to the Calgary International Airport.

Deerfoot Inn & Casino

*By Advance Reservation Only. Reservations must be made at least one (1) hour prior to the originating departure time.

This stop is located outside of the casino entrance at the horse statue.

There is no parking at this location.

Transit Information

Transition: There are nearby Calgary Transit bus stops on the corner of 114 Ave SE and 35 St SE, just outside of the casino parking lot, #4916 & #4917.
