Passenger Experience Representatives. Part-time and full-time positions.

Primary Responsibilities (What you are responsible for):
Quote fares and rates, make and confirm reservations, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, cancel or change reservations, provide information on cancellation, late arrival and other policies, record details on lost and found items, process credit cards, vouchers and other payments, accept cash payments, file documents and perform miscellaneous office duties.
