Our Passenger Experience Center, the new name of our downtown ticket office, is located at 606 5 Ave SW.
We no longer service the old downtown location.
The office is open 7:30 am – 6:30 pm Monday to Sunday. Our ticket agents are available during these hours for any services you may require.
