Safety is Our First Core Value
Safely Clean
Safety is our first and most important core value. In addition, Our Safely Clean program showcases our renewed and strengthened commitment to getting our passengers Safely Home. Red Arrow introduces a complete program dedicated to enhancing cleaning and sanitation. In addition to preventative measures, and elevated protocols to ensure the safety and protection of our staff. But most importantly, to the passengers, and the communities in which we operate.
Safely Home
Safely Home is our deep conviction to Safety, and the ultimate promise we make to each other, to our clients, and to the communities in which we operate. The Pacific Western Group of companies is driven by safety. It is our first Core Value and is at the heart of all that we do.
Masks
Effective June 16, 2022 face masks are no longer mandatory for passengers or drivers onboard our coaches. This policy is in alignment with the Provincial legislation that has removed the measure on public transit and intercity buses. We support a mask-friendly environment and ask that everyone be respectful of others, whether they choose to wear a mask or not.
Enhanced Cleaning
We’re regularly cleaning and sanitizing all high touchpoint surfaces, restrooms, and offices. As well, state-of-the-art electrostatic sprayers clean our buses in between each trip.
Electrostatic sprayers work by charging liquids (i.e., cleaners, sanitizers, and disinfectants) as they pass through a sprayer nozzle. This generates charged droplets that repel one another and actively seek out environmental surfaces, which they stick to and even wrap around to coat all sides. As a result, the spray is a uniform coating of sanitizer or disinfectant on sprayed objects. This includes hard-to-reach areas that manual cleaning misses.
